Advisory & Policy

Our advisory practice helps SMEs and growth-stage brands translate complex ecommerce rules into clear, practical steps. We review product classification, labeling, consumer protection, and data privacy obligations across major marketplaces and cross‑border routes, then map them to internal workflows that teams can actually follow. Policy guidance covers returns handling, tax nexus and indirect tax, platform governance obligations, and advertising disclosures.
